She has been in the medical field for approximately 15 years, including years working in the hospital setting on a cardiac unit.
She believes in a combined Eastern and Western medicine approach and understands that each patient is unique.
Her focus is to understand patients' lives and not just their medical conditions to improve diagnoses and tailored treatment plans.
She has travelled to Guatemala twice for medical mission trips providing primary care services and cervical cancer screenings to the indigent population.
