Advertising Disclosure
Last updated: July 27, 2026
We want you to understand how DPCfind makes money and how that does — and does not — affect what you see. This disclosure is provided in the spirit of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s guidance on transparent advertising, and supplements our Terms of Use and Disclaimer.
Most listings are free and editorially independent
DPCfind is a directory of Direct Primary Care practices. The large majority of listings are compiled from public and third-party sources at no charge to the practice and without any payment to us. Practices do not have to pay to be included, and they cannot pay to change the facts shown about them.
How sponsored placements work
Some placements may be sponsored — meaning a practice or advertiser has paid for increased visibility, such as featured positioning. When a placement is sponsored, we label it clearly (for example, with a “Sponsored” badge) so you can tell it apart from a regular listing.
Sponsorship is not an endorsement
A sponsored placement reflects a commercial arrangement, not a judgment by us about a practice’s quality of care. DPCfind does not evaluate, certify, or endorse the clinical quality of any practice, sponsored or not. Payment never changes the underlying facts we display about a practice, and it does not influence the accuracy of any listing.
How non-sponsored results are ordered
Aside from clearly labeled sponsored placements, search results are ordered by relevance signals such as how well a practice matches your search, distance from the location you enter, and publicly available ratings — not by who has paid. Ordering is provided to be helpful and is not a ranking of clinical quality.
Affiliate links
DPCfind does not currently earn affiliate commissions. If we add affiliate or referral arrangements in the future, we will disclose them and update this page.
