I'm Dr. Vasanth Kainkaryam — Internist, Pediatrician, husband, father, author, baker, patient, and someone who believes that life is a blend of free will and destiny. I created 4 Elements® Direct Primary Care & Wellness Space for one simple reason: to help patients experience a smoother, clearer, more human journey toward health and wellness. Over the years, my path through medicine revealed something important to me: healthcare had become complicated, fragmented, and often impersonal. I knew there had to be a better way.
