Vasanth Kainkaryam is an internist and pediatrician at 4 Elements Direct Primary Care & Wellness Space in South Windsor. He built the practice because his years in medicine kept revealing the same problem, that healthcare had grown complicated, fragmented, and impersonal, and he wanted something better for his patients.

His approach comes down to one idea. A doctor and a patient should have a direct, meaningful, two-way relationship, and 4 Elements exists to give people a smoother, clearer, more human path toward health and wellness.

Kainkaryam is also a husband, father, author, and baker, and he describes life itself as a blend of free will and destiny, a philosophy that shapes how he practices medicine as much as how he lives.
