Dr. Kimberly T. Samuel, DBH, CRNP, is an experienced primary care provider with more than a decade of clinical practice delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care.
With a strong foundation in nursing and behavioral health, Dr. Samuel brings a holistic, outcomes-focused approach to modern primary care.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Alabama, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing – Nurse Practitioner from the University of Cincinnati.
She later completed her Doctorate in Behavioral Health at the University of Arizona, strengthening her expertise in integrating behavioral health with primary care delivery.
Dr. Samuel is the Founder of A Heartbeat Away Clinic, a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving underserved and uninsured patients throughout North Alabama and surrounding communities.
Through this initiative, she works to expand access to essential healthcare services for vulnerable populations.
In addition, she hosts a monthly clinic serving the homeless population in Huntsville, further demonstrating her commitment to health equity and community outreach.
Dr. Samuel's leadership reflects a deep dedication to compassionate care, preventive medicine, and improving access to healthcare for those most in need.
