Latoya Wallace, PA

Latoya Wallace is a physician assistant specializing in primary care and sports medicine at Access To Care in Pensacola. Born in Falmouth, Jamaica, she studied athletic training and sports medicine at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, then earned her physician assistant degree from Drexel Hahnemann University in 2008.

Over more than 15 years, her work has ranged from orthopedic trauma and neurological and endovascular surgery to abdominal transplant surgery and emergency medicine. She founded Access To Care to offer patients personalized, attentive care, favoring a holistic approach that helps people understand the natural science behind healing. Wallace is also a certified personal trainer and works as an athletic trainer for local sports teams.

A longtime member of the United States Air Force Reserves, she began her military career enlisted in air transportation and earned her commission as an officer in 2009, continuing to serve today.
