Dr. Taineisha Bolden opened AccessiBull Healthcare in 2019, disheartened by how traditional insurance limited the quality of care with rushed visits and complex pricing. She found a way to provide an affordable and accessible option to anyone who needed it. Today, AccessiBull delivers the kind of healthcare she believes all people deserve.
Dr. Bolden leverages both traditional and holistic medicine when treating her patients. Movement and nutritional counseling are often prescribed, as she understands how adopting a healthy lifestyle can help reduce or eliminate chronic disease. Through her own wellness journey, she became an integrative health coach through Duke University, a licensed Zumba instructor, a certified group fitness instructor, and certified personal trainer.
In addition to being board certified in family medicine, Dr. Bolden is board certified in obesity medicine. She shares her passion for fitness and wellness with her community, with patients motivated knowing that Dr. B goes beyond the examination room to help them live healthier lives.
Dr. Bolden completed her BS at Duke University as a BN Duke Scholar in 2004, and received her MD from the University of North Carolina School of Medicine as a NC Board of Governors Scholar in 2008. She completed her family medicine residency in 2011 at Moses Cone Hospital in Greensboro, NC.
