Lori McCoy, DO

Dr. Lori McCoy is a physician at Advanced Primary Care in Huntington, treating patients of all ages. A Kentucky native, she trained at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine before settling into a practice built around personal connection, taking the time to know her patients and support them toward their health and aesthetic goals.

She believes strongly in patient-first medicine, and that extends to how she works with employers, too, looking for creative ways to offer affordable, high-quality health benefits. Advanced Primary Care was named a national Hero of Healthcare in 2019, an honor based entirely on patient submissions.

A fly fishing enthusiast, she also enjoys traveling and live music in her spare time. She sits on the boards of two nonprofits, Revitalize Russell and the Appalachian Commerce and Development Corporation.
