Crystal Alexander, FNP-C

Crystal Alexander is a certified family nurse practitioner and the owner of APlus Lifestyle Wellness & Med Spa in Colonial Heights. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice and has spent more than twelve years in nursing, including seven as a nurse practitioner.

Her clinical background spans emergency medicine and trauma, medical-surgical care, telemetry, renal and dialysis, corrections, and primary care, giving her a broad view of patients across many settings. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Jefferson College of Health Sciences, then went on to Chamberlain University for her Master of Science in Nursing in the family nurse practitioner track and her Doctor of Nursing Practice in healthcare systems leadership.

Known to patients as Dr. Alexander, she describes herself as a servant leader who values determination, empowerment, and professionalism, and she stays focused on making a real difference in the lives of the people she treats.
