Dr. Marchese is a native of South Jersey and a Board-Certified Sports Medicine Physician who completed his residency and fellowship at Crozer Keystone Health System. He earned his medical degree from the Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine after obtaining a degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology from Monmouth University. He has been the team physician for the Philadelphia Union, Philadelphia Union II, University of Delaware athletics, Garnet Valley High School, and Interboro High School. Dr. Marchese is a former competitive baseball player and remains highly active in long-distance running and golf. He lives in South Jersey with his partner Christina, their son Leo, and dogs Nala and Jackson.
