About Michele Gero
Originally from rural northern New York, Michele L. Gero, MD graduated from SUNY Upstate Medical University Syracuse, NY, in 2001. She completed her internship and residency at St. Joseph's Hospital in Syracuse, NY from 2001-2004 and was chief resident her final year there.
After practicing in Connecticut for 7 years, she moved to Florida and worked for a corporation from 2011 to 2018. In 2019, she wanted to give more to her patients and reclaim her passion for medicine by transitioning to direct primary care.
