Mark Grajcar, DO

Dr. Mark Grajcar is a primary care physician and founder of Assured Direct Care in Meridian.

He spent more than 30 years as a primary care provider, first in the U.S. Army and later in hospital systems and private practice. Along the way he saw firsthand how the standard insurance-based model could leave patients dealing with inefficiency, hidden costs, and care that felt impersonal.

That experience led him to found Assured Direct Care in 2017. His goal was to give Treasure Valley employers and patients a more individualized and cost-effective way to get primary care, built around working directly with the people he treats rather than through an insurance middleman.
