Rajdeep Dhami, MD, MPH

Dr. Rajdeep Dhami is a physician at AVAYA MED Direct Primary Care in Chicago's West Town neighborhood. She has built her Direct Primary Care practice around a deep commitment to patient-centered care and to the community she serves.

Dhami grew up in a diverse community, and that upbringing drew her toward medicine from a young age. She went on to earn her medical degree, excelling academically along the way, and that experience gave her a close understanding of the challenges patients face in today's healthcare landscape, an understanding that still shapes the practice she runs today.
