Dr. Andrew Chang founded Bayberry Clinic to bring back what healthcare has lost: personal attention and authentic care. At Bayberry Clinic, healthcare is more than diagnoses and prescriptions—it's about connection, trust, and compassion.
First and foremost, Dr. Andrew is human. He believes connection is essential to healing, whether that's through humor, empathy, or simply being present during life's challenges. Patients describe him as approachable, warm, and deeply invested in their well-being.
When he's not caring for patients, you might find him outdoors, traveling, or enjoying music. He plays string bass, flute, piano, and a bit of saxophone. These passions reflect his belief that life is about connection and shared experiences.
Dr. Andrew's journey as a physician is rooted in rigorous training and a desire to provide care that feels personal. He earned his Medical Degree (Doctor of Osteopathy) from Des Moines University, completed his Family Medicine residency at MercyOne in Waterloo, Iowa, and received Subspecialty Training in Palliative Care at the University of Wisconsin.
These experiences shaped his vision to be a holistic, empathic, and humanistic doctor who walks alongside patients through every stage of health.
