Dr. Eric S. Blacher is a board-certified Family Medicine physician and the founder of BellaireCare Direct, a membership-based direct primary care practice. He is a third-generation physician who transitioned from corporate hospital medicine to a patient-first model focusing on meaningful doctor-patient relationships, transparent pricing, and personalized care. His philosophy centers on treating the whole person with empathy, evidence, and shared decision-making. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Blacher is a veteran and current Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Air Force Reserve, where he serves as a Flight Surgeon and Field Grade Officer. He is a husband and father of two.
