About Lauren Hughes
Dr. Hughes is a board-certified pediatrician, and founder Bloom Pediatrics which she began the day after graduating from residency in 2020, with 4 month old twins and a brand-new 3 year old during a global pandemic. Dr. Hughes graduated with her MD from the University of Kansas Medical School in 2017 at 36 weeks pregnant with her oldest. She completed her pediatric residency at the University of Kansas Health System and also obtained her IBCLC while a resident. Dr. Hughes is married, has three children, and a rescue dog.
