Tiffanny Blythe, DO, MBA

Blue Lotus Family Medicine in Lee's Summit is home to Dr. Tiffanny Blythe. She grew up in rural Alabama admiring the country doctors there, and that early fascination with medicine grew into a wish to provide simple, life-saving care to everyday people.

She earned a degree in biomedical sciences from the University of South Alabama, taking on leadership and volunteer roles along the way, and later added a Master of Educational Psychology from the University of Alabama purely out of love for learning. Medical school brought her to Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, where she focused on caring for people rather than just treating disease and learned osteopathic manipulation, using her hands to find what labs and x-rays sometimes miss. She also picked up an MBA in Healthcare Leadership from Rockhurst University along the way, then trained at Maine-Dartmouth Family Medicine Residency, broadening her skills across primary care, hospital medicine, and obstetrics.

Dr. Blythe is proud to offer full-spectrum care for every member of the family, and she loves the sheer variety that family medicine brings to her days.
