Dr. Molly Rutherford was born and raised in Virginia and graduated from Eastern Virginia Medical School in 2003.
Prior to medical school, she worked at the National Institutes of Health as a biologist and policy analyst and graduated with a Masters in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University.
She and her husband relocated to Kentucky in 2006, where she worked as an employed physician for several years.
In 2012 she achieved Board Certification in Addiction Medicine, and in 2015, she opened Bluegrass Family Wellness, where she continues to practice Family Medicine and Addiction Medicine, with a focus on holistic, individualized care and prevention of illness.
She cares for people of all ages.
