Graig Alpert, MD

Dr. Graig Alpert is a board certified family medicine doctor at Boca Direct MD in Boca Raton. A Boca Raton native, he became a doctor out of a passion for helping people get healthy and reach their goals.

Before opening his own practice, he worked within a large hospital-based system, where he saw firsthand how hard that mission was to pursue under the constraints of the model. Visit time limits, months-long waits for appointments, no same-day availability, and trouble reaching your own doctor were the norm, and patients often ended up seeing someone other than their doctor entirely.

Dr. Alpert built his practice around personalized, proactive, preventative care centered on each patient's own health goals. He has a particular interest in the evidence-based use of herbs, supplements, and vitamins to optimize health, and he holds a certificate in integrative medicine from the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine. Rather than focusing narrowly on treating disease, he aims to help every patient achieve their highest level of health.
