About Selena Raines

Dr. Selena Raines, DO is a compassionate and dedicated board-certified family medicine physician with expertise in osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT). A native Kentuckian, she is a proud graduate of the University of Pikeville- Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine, and she completed her family medicine training at St. Claire HealthCare in Morehead, Kentucky.

With a warm and welcoming demeanor, Dr. Raines is dedicated to building meaningful relationships with her patients, empowering them to take control of their health journey and achieve optimal well-being.

With a strategic vision aimed at fostering a more patient-centric healthcare system, Dr. Raines founded Body Mind Spirit- Direct Primary Care as a means of redefining the prevailing standards of care delivery.
