Sarah Watson, DO
Sarah Watson, DO, is a board-certified family physician at Canterbury House Direct Primary Care in Mentor. A Mentor native, she returned home to raise her own family after training and practicing in a rural setting where specialist access was limited, an experience that shaped her comprehensive, whole-person approach to primary care.
Over roughly 15 years in practice, she delivered babies for a decade and served as medical director of a federally qualified health center from 2020 to 2025. She opened Canterbury House to offer unhurried visits, direct access, and care decisions made together with her patients.
Watson earned a BS in Human Nutrition from The Ohio State University in 2009 and her DO from Ohio University in 2014, then completed the Family Medicine Residency of Western Montana in 2017, where she served as chief resident.
