Dr. Sarah Watson is a board-certified family physician who was born and raised in Mentor, Ohio, and returned home to raise her own family there. She trained and practiced in a rural setting where access to specialists was limited, which shaped a comprehensive, whole-person approach to primary care. After about 15 years in practice, including delivering babies for 10 years and serving as an FQHC medical director from 2020 to 2025, she opened Canterbury House Direct Primary Care to offer unhurried visits, direct access, and decisions made together with patients. She earned her BS in Human Nutrition from The Ohio State University (2009) and her DO from Ohio University (2014), and completed the Family Medicine Residency of Western Montana (2017), where she was chief resident.
