Yusuf Saleeby, MD

Dr. JP Saleeby, MD trained in allopathic medicine and spent nearly two decades in emergency medicine before embarking on a rigorous self-directed study of Complementary and Alternative Medicine beginning in 1998. That journey led to the founding of Carolina Holistic Medicine and, in 2016, the Priority Health Academy — a credentialing institution designed to train other practitioners in functional and integrative medicine. The result is a practice that draws from peer-reviewed evidence, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurvedic practice, and global healing traditions — filtered through a scientific lens. Dr. Saleeby is the Medical Director & Founder of Carolina Holistic Medicine.
