Greg Miller, MD

Dr. Greg Miller is a family physician at Cascade Primary Care in River Falls, where he has practiced since 2000. He has been a family physician since 1997, with training that includes a Family Practice Residency and a Rural Family Medicine Fellowship.

Over more than two decades of practice, Miller has built experience across obstetrics, endoscopy, hospital medicine, emergency medicine and outpatient care. In 2022 he moved his practice to Direct Primary Care, wanting to make primary care more affordable and accessible for his patients. That shift reflects a commitment he has carried for 25 years now, building long term relationships with patients and helping them navigate their healthcare journey.

Miller married his wife, Molly, in 1998, and the two have called River Falls home ever since.
