Dr. Zazi Nylander is a double board-certified physician and founder of Cassia Optimal Health in Atlanta. Nylander built the practice around time, partnership, and personalized care, shaping it as something different from the typical medical visit.
Training included Smith College, where Nylander graduated magna cum laude, followed by Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and a residency at Emory University, where Nylander was named Resident of the Year. A Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Nylander also serves as a Board Trustee for the Georgia Obesity Society and speaks publicly on physician topics.
That work has drawn outside recognition too, including an Atlanta Magazine Top Doctor honor for 2025-2026 and a Castle Connolly Top Doctor distinction in 2026.
