Crystal Lantz-DeGeorge, MD

Crystal Lantz-DeGeorge, M.D. is an internal medicine physician at CLD Concierge Medicine in Solon, Ohio. She grew up in Tiffin, Ohio, with a childhood dream of becoming a doctor. She went on to graduate from Ohio State University in 2006 and from Wright State University's Boonshoft School of Medicine in 2010, finishing in the top five percent of her class and earning membership in the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.

She trained at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center, where she was chosen as chief resident in 2013. From there she went on to practice general internal medicine in South Euclid for nearly ten years, caring for thousands of patients along the way. She has also served as medical director of a local skilled nursing facility and as associate program director of the internal medicine residency at UH's main campus, where teaching residents was one of the great joys of her early career. Those years across the hospital, office, nursing home and end-of-life setting shaped her belief that every patient deserves a genuine, compassionate doctor-patient relationship.

A mother of three, she calls Chagrin Falls home.
