Dr. Tanner Moore is a board-certified family physician specializing in diabetes remission and regenerative medicine. He attended West Virginia University for both his undergraduate and medical school studies. He served as class president for the WVU School of Medicine and was inducted into the Mountain Honorary. After graduating from medical school in 2017, he completed his Family Medicine residency at Martin Army Community Hospital in 2020 as Academic Chief Resident. After Dr. Moore's first assignment as a field surgeon in the 82nd Airborne, he was advanced three years ahead of schedule to the office of the Brigade Surgeon. During deployment, he was promoted to Major and supervised a team of eight PAs and five physicians providing care for over 4,300 paratroopers.
Dr. Moore refused to accept how complicated and expensive the healthcare system was becoming for his patients. So, he set out with his wife Katherine to create Clearwater Health DPC to provide affordable, accessible, and transparent healthcare. His mission is to empower families and businesses through trusting relationships with physicians that align with their values. When he's not working, Dr. Moore enjoys spending time with his family. He and Katherine love being active outdoors and farming with their three children.
