David Tusek, MD

Dr. David Tusek is a board-certified family physician at Cloud Medical in Boulder, Colorado, who also brings experience as an emergency room doctor. In 2009 he founded one of the nation's first direct primary care programs, sold it in 2016, and then launched Cloud Medical DPC to keep pursuing that model of care.

Tusek combines advanced diagnostics with a natural, whole-body approach to health, using gentle needle-based therapies for musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions and performing office-based procedures including minor surgeries. He was among the first in Colorado to offer bio-identical hormone implants back in 2004 and has worked closely with compounding pharmacies ever since. He values the close relationships he builds with his patient-members, whether they're training for the Olympics or working through an illness, and believes quality of life matters as much as its length.

A former Ironman World Championship qualifier, he enjoys skiing and cycling, and spending time with his wife and two daughters around Colorado.
