Anne Boyd, MD, FAAFP, FACSM

Anne Boyd is a double board-certified family medicine and sports medicine physician at Coastal Maine Direct Care in Falmouth. She brings 25 years of experience treating patients of all ages.

Boyd trained in family medicine through a Tufts University program and completed a sports medicine fellowship in California. She has worked as a sports medicine physician at events like the X Games and Olympic Center activities. She also spent years as an Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, where she directed the Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship at UPMC and was recognized as one of Pittsburgh's Top Doctors.

Having recently made the move to coastal Maine, Boyd is looking forward to getting to know her new patients. She focuses on helping people understand their own health so they have the energy to do what they love, whether that's treating young athletes, caring for families across generations, or supporting healthy aging.
