Dr. Meghann Blankenship is a dual board-certified physician in internal medicine and obesity medicine and the founder of Concord Longevity Medicine in Concord. With more than a decade of clinical experience, she built the practice around a personalized, science-backed approach that puts patients in the driver's seat of their own health, with particular attention to longevity medicine, peptide therapy, and lifestyle-based care.
She earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Alabama at Birmingham after attending Auburn University, then went on to the University of South Alabama College of Medicine, graduating in 2010. Her internal medicine residency took her to Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina, where she finished in 2013. Early years spent in rural Georgia primary care and community health clinics left a lasting mark, convincing her that real healing starts with prevention, nutrition, and patient education.
A native of Birmingham, Alabama, Dr. Blankenship now focuses her clinical interests on hormone optimization, metabolic health, regenerative medicine, and helping patients sleep better and manage stress as part of a fuller picture of wellness. She is drawn to the evidence-based side of longevity care, pairing lifestyle changes with advanced medical therapies so patients have both the knowledge and the tools to take charge of their own health.
