About Peter Rosen

Peter Rosen, ARNP FNP-C, is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, graduating with honors in 2014. With 18 years of nursing experience and 10 years as an NP in primary care, he's worked in both rural and multi-provider settings.

We are the only local integrative health clinic run by an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse, combining traditional and complementary therapies to provide personalized, evidence-based care that treats the whole person.
