Jason caswell, MD

Dr. Jason Caswell graduated from Wayne State School of Medicine in 2009, and has held an unrestricted license to practice since 2012. After a year of internal medicine internship with the military, he was an active duty Flight Surgeon before completing his family practice residency in 2019 with the University of Wyoming. Family practice physician trying to empower patients to reclaim their medical autonomy.
