Alexandra Ramos-Garcia, MD, FAAP

Dr. Alex blends top-tier medical training with a deeply personal approach to care. A proud Puerto Rico native, she graduated at the top of her class from Universidad Central del Caribe, earning induction into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, an honor awarded to the most exceptional medical students. After relocating to South Florida, she completed her pediatric residency at Nicklaus Children's Hospital in Miami, one of the nation's leading children's hospitals, where she was consistently recognized for her compassionate, patient-centered care. Fluent in Spanish, Dr. Alex brings cultural sensitivity, clinical excellence, and a heart for advocacy into every patient relationship. Since 2021, she has practiced concierge pediatrics, refining her belief that great care happens when visits are unhurried, relationships are strong, and families feel truly seen and supported. That philosophy led her to found Curitas Pediatrics in 2025, a modern practice built around access, trust, and personalized care. When she's not caring for families, Dr. Alex enjoys cooking healthy recipes, reading with her cats curled beside her, staying active, exploring Universal Studios, and spending time with her husband and loved ones in Palm Beach Gardens.
