Will Dameron, MD

Dr. Dameron: Grew up visiting the area as a child and developed fond memories of family gatherings around crabs and oysters. After brief stint in North Carolina mountains, returned to begin practicing medicine in Warsaw in 2014. After serving the community for over seven years, became aware of need to practice medicine in a different way that put the patient first, valued relationships, and was affordable to all. Started Dameron Family Health and Wellness with goal of serving the heart of the Northern Neck. Kelsi Lowe: Joined team in February 2023 and provides comprehensive pediatric healthcare services. As a Doctor of Nursing Practice and Family Nurse Practitioner, passionate about helping children and families achieve lifelong health through compassionate, evidence-based care. Brandi Yeatman: Joins team with deep-rooted passion for respiratory therapy and nursing with over 25 years of experience.
