Mark E. Gonsky, DO

Dr. Mark E. Gonsky founded Deschutes Family Care in Bend, continuing a family tradition as a third generation osteopathic physician. He grew up with memories of house calls and the close relationships they built between patient and provider, and that early exposure shaped the practice he set out to build.

He graduated from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2008 and completed his family medicine residency with Central Washington Family Medicine in Yakima, Washington, in 2011. After residency he joined a group of providers helping establish St. Charles Family Care before opening Deschutes Family Care in 2015. He has also contributed to the community through the Mosaic Medical Complex Care Bridges Health program and at its Madras Community Health Center location.

He and his wife have three sons, and the family spends much of their time outdoors exploring and simply enjoying life in Central Oregon.
