Paresh Goel, MD

Dr. Paresh Goel is the founder and president of Desert Mobile Medical in Scottsdale, Arizona. He brings more than 16 years of experience in healthcare, having worked in hospital medicine, private practice, hospice, and rehabilitation and recovery before stepping away from clinical practice in 2024 to concentrate on running the business side of Desert Mobile Medical.

He founded the practice, also known as Concierge Physicians, in 2018 with the goal of bringing comfort, convenience, and transparency to a healthcare industry often burdened by poor customer service and unclear pricing. Its House Call service, which brings personalized care directly to patients, remains the cornerstone of what the practice offers. Dr. Goel later launched Nourish IV in 2021, bringing IV nutritional therapy to patients across the Phoenix Metro Valley, and founded Semaglutide Physician in 2022 to provide medical weight loss care. Beyond these ventures, he has started several other companies and serves on the boards of a number of non-profit organizations.
