Hi, Welcome to Direct Health Primary Care – where your health will be directly cared for by me. I am a board-certified family physician with over a decade of experience, practicing since 2010. I earned my medical degree in India and went on to complete my residency training in Family Medicine at the Medical College of Georgia. It was there that I not only developed a deep passion for family medicine but also built a lasting connection to the Augusta community. With over 15 years of experience and after working in different settings of health care, I realized something was missing in modern healthcare. What I have learned is that the best care happens when doctors have the time to really listen. Since 2022, I have dedicated myself to Direct Primary Care, a model of medicine that allows me to do what I love most: build direct, meaningful relationships with my patients. I created Direct Health Primary Care to provide more personalized care to every patient I serve. My Passion is helping people live healthier, happier lives. I especially support women's health, wellness, and weight management, since small changes in these areas can make such a big difference long term. Outside of the clinic I love cooking, reading and hiking. My husband-who is also a physician- and I enjoy travelling with our two children and exploring new cultures. These experiences not only bring joy to my family, but also deepen my understanding of the diverse backgrounds and stories my patients bring to the exam rooms.
