Rachel Huerta is a National Board Certified Nurse Practitioner and South Florida native who is proud to care for patients in her hometown of Boca Raton. She earned her Nurse Practitioner degree from her "Hometown University" FAU and began her career as a registered nurse at one of the nation's leading hospitals. Rachel believes better healthcare starts with time, attention, and a strong patient relationship. Through her Direct Primary Care model, she provides personalized, high-quality care at a more affordable cost by removing the insurance middleman. Beyond the practice, Rachel is deeply involved in the Boca Raton community through local leadership, medical mission work, and advocacy for children in foster care. She is a Past President of The Rotary Club of Boca Raton. Her and her husband have had the privilege to fostering in south Florida.
