Ashley Finch, DO
Dr. Ashley Finch, DO, is a board-certified family medicine physician who founded Direct Primary Care of Southeast Texas in Beaumont in March 2024. She practices with an osteopathic, evidence-based approach that looks at the whole person. Her method weighs physical, emotional, and social factors together.
She earned her DO from the University of North Texas Health Science Center Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2018. She then trained in family medicine at JPS Health Network in Fort Worth, where a Street Medicine track in harm reduction and homeless care earned her a Humanitarian Award. She then practiced at Legacy Community Health and taught as Clinical Assistant Professor at Sam Houston State University's osteopathic college. Today she focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management, women's health, and weight management.
A Beaumont native, she scribed in the emergency department at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas while studying biology at Lamar University, long before opening her own practice.
