Ashley Froese

Dr. Ashley Froese sees patients at East Valley Direct Primary Care in Mesa, Arizona, where she has spent over five years practicing direct primary care. She grew up in a small town in Eastern Oregon and earned a B.S. in Nutrition Science from Oregon State University before attending medical school in Harrogate, Tennessee, and completing her family medicine residency in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

That background gave her a wide knowledge of how to navigate healthcare without insurance, and she is passionate about putting relationships at the center of her care.

She and her husband Bryce, a firefighter, paramedic, and engineer, are raising two young boys, Parker and Connor. Between workouts at CrossFit Incite and cheering the boys on at flag football games, she makes time for friends and family too.
