Ashley Froese

Dr. Froese and her husband are from a small town in Eastern Oregon. She attended Oregon State University where she earned a B.S. in Nutrition Science.She attended medical school in Harrogate, TN and completed a family medicine residency in Tuscaloosa, AL.She has a husband, Bryce (firefighter/paramedic/engineer), and two young boys, Parker and Connor.Outside the clinic, you can find her at CrossFit Incite, watching her boys play flag football, or spending time with friends and family.Dr. Froese has spent over 5 years in the direct primary care space and has a wide knowledge of how to navigate healthcare without insurance. She is passionate about putting relationships at the center of her care.
