Dr. Paul McKinley sees patients at Elevated Health in Redding, practicing the full spectrum of primary care medicine. In practice since 2002, Dr. Paul spent 14 years in private practice in Orange County, treating patients in both office and hospital settings, before taking on two years as Medical Director for a direct primary care group in Chicago.
After that stretch in Chicago, Dr. Paul returned to California and joined Elevated Health in 2018. The approach centers on prevention, managing conditions across the board while staying skilled in outpatient procedures. Longevity medicine is a particular interest, with an eye toward heading off the chronic diseases of aging and extending healthspan rather than just treating illness after it appears.
A native of Southern California, Dr. Paul brings that regional familiarity back to a practice built around knowing patients well over time.
