About Dr. Creighton Shute
Dr. Shute was born in Opelousas, LA. After graduating from high school, he served on active duty in the United States Navy. Following his Naval services, he returned and graduated from University of Louisiana – Lafayette.
He then went on to medical school at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Georgia Campus. He completed Family Medicine Residency training at Fort Benning, Georgia, while on active duty in the United States Army. He then served on active duty as a physician until moving back to Lafayette, LA in 2014.
Dr. Shute has experience in military medicine and emergency medicine. He now resides in Lafayette, LA with his wife Jennifer and their seven children.
