Firas Alzaiem, MD

Dr. Firas Alzaiem is a board-certified internal medicine physician and the founder of Elite Health Wesley Chapel. He built the practice around a simple frustration with a healthcare system that often rewards volume over quality, choosing to step away from insurance company barriers and build a membership-based model instead.

That shift let him restore something he found missing in modern medicine, a real relationship between doctor and patient. He blends traditional primary care with a more personalized, concierge-style approach, aiming to give patients the kind of attention and continuity that gets lost elsewhere. A University of South Florida alum, he has called Florida home since 2006.

Married for 15 years and the father of three, he spends his free time chasing goals on the soccer field, manning the grill for family and friends, and traveling to new places. He and his wife are also always on the lookout for the next great restaurant or cuisine to try.
