Jeffrey Young, DO
Dr. Jeffrey Young practices internal medicine at Embrace Direct Primary Care in Irvine. He graduated with honors from UC San Diego, earned his medical degree at Western University of Health Sciences, and completed his Internal Medicine residency at Brookwood Baptist Health, where he received the Robert Kreisberg Award for Excellence in Research.
His approach centers on empathetic listening, accessibility, and clinical competence. He works to accurately diagnose conditions, carry out an appropriate workup, and build a treatment plan together with each patient rather than handing one down. Geriatrics, dermatology, and longevity are areas of particular interest to him, and he speaks English and Mandarin.
He enjoys exercising, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. What he finds most fulfilling is helping patients move past uncertainty and understand their own medical situation and options.
