Troy Marcus is a certified physician assistant and the founder and lead provider at Emerald Coast Direct Primary Care in Navarre. He brings more than ten years of experience in emergency medicine, giving him a steady hand with everything from critical care to minor illnesses and injuries.

Before becoming a PA, Troy spent eight years working as a paramedic, time that shaped how he handles patients in acute situations. He came up through emergency rooms in Tennessee and Florida, and that path left him with one steady goal, to treat every patient with compassion and skill.

His vision for the practice goes beyond a typical clinic visit. Troy wants Emerald Coast Direct Primary Care to feel like a wellness community, a place built on lasting relationships where patients have a trusted partner for both illness and health.
