Dr. Gregory Lancaster is a board certified family medicine physician at Ethos Modern Medicine in La Quinta.
Before becoming a physician, he spent years working as a physician assistant in family medicine, watching patients struggle daily with frustrating phone trees, long waits for appointments, and rushed visits loaded with hidden costs. Often he found himself helping family and friends get care through the back door because the front door was so hard to navigate. The trouble was never the doctors, nurses, or staff, since he worked alongside great teams and had wonderful coworkers and bosses as a PA. In his view, patients are simply caught in a system built by large insurance companies and government programs.
He is a husband to his wife, Megan, and father to four daughters. He fills his free time with music, good food, a great book or movie, sports, and exploring new outdoor wonders alongside good company.
