Kevin McGann, MD

Dr. Kevin McGann practices at Family First Direct Primary Care in Shreveport, Louisiana. He has offered direct primary care since 2018, a shift that followed roughly 13 years in private practice within a physician-owned, insurance-based model. That earlier stretch gave him a firsthand view of how much administrative overhead traditional practice carries, and it shaped his appreciation for a model built around the doctor-patient relationship instead.
