Audrey Lohr, APRN, FNP-C, IFMCP

Audrey has served as a Primary Care Provider for over 7 years in Vermont and New Hampshire's Upper Valley Region. She has experience in both Internal Medicine & Family Practice settings; both in hospital and community health sectors. As an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, Audrey is dually board-certified in Family Medicine and Functional Medicine. A graduate of Simmons College, she received the Award for Excellence in Clinical Practice and the Pauline Wheble Tripp Award for Excellence of Achievement and Potential for Outstanding Professional Development upon graduation. Audrey was born and raised in the Upper Valley. She lives locally on an organic farm with her husband, son, and their wild pup!
