Dr. Gerard Acloque founded Florida Concierge Medicine & Wellness (FreedomDOC) in Hollywood, Florida. He built the practice to restore what he felt modern healthcare often lacks, time, clarity, and continuity.

After years of watching patients navigate rushed appointments and fragmented care, he set out to build something different. His approach centers on relationship-based medicine, an ongoing connection between doctor and patient rather than a series of brief, disconnected visits.
