About Abraham Alfonso Remigio
Dr. Abraham Alfonso Remigio treats patients at Florida Prime Health in Plantation, Florida. Born in Havana, Cuba, he came to the United States early in life and later attended Florida International University for a dual major in Chemistry and Biology.
Before medicine, he spent several years at a pharmaceutical company developing new formulations for various compounds. He then returned to FIU for a Master's in Biomedical Engineering before joining the FIU Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine. His residency in Family Medicine was completed at West Kendall Baptist Hospital.
Today Dr. Remigio serves patients throughout Plantation, Weston, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami Lakes through Florida Prime Health.
