Jennifer Conlon

Jennifer Conlon is a board-certified family nurse practitioner at Flourish Health Network in Gainesville. Her certification comes through the American Academy Nurse Credentialing Center. She started her nursing career in Jacksonville, Florida, after graduating from Florida State College in 1999 with an Associate of Science in Nursing.

That early experience in Jacksonville laid the groundwork for the family practice nursing she now provides. She has since brought that background to Flourish Health Network in Gainesville, where patients see her as part of the practice's care team.
